One of the highest prize money awards in the North East. Compete in our top class arenas, complete with brand new show jumps!Our very own championship show will be held on Monday 30th August 2021 where our top 10 riders will then compete against each other for The Bowes Manor Championship Title, with prizes and prize money to match our top event!(Further details will follow)
Cafe will be open throughout the duration of the show offering hot and cold food and drinks.

Rules and regulations(Not exhaustive)Riding school ponies are available to hire at a cost of £25 for the evening. Please see Lucy or Lorraine to book. A non refundable deposit of £15 must be paid to secure booking.All classes are ran as single phase meaning fences 1 to 6 are jumped clear then 7-12 are then timed. Fasted time wins! Faults are accumulated in both sections with all riders going through to the timed part of the course. Faults are as follows:Pole knockdown 4 faults First refusal 4 pointsSecond refusal eliminationAll riders must wait for the start bell/horn to sound before starting the course. Any competitor not doing so will be disqualified. Use of the whip is at the judges discretion and any competitor found to be using the whip excessively will be disqualified. All riders must be wearing appropriate and suitable clothing, show wear is encouraged but not essential. All riding hats must be in line with current BHS regulations and may be checked. All horses entered into the competition, at every show must have a completed health declaration form completed and either emailed to or handed in to the office upon entry. We operate a one way system within our office, where entries will be taken on the day from 3.30pm - 7pm. We operate a cash only system. No refunds on any entries. Entries will not be taken in the judges box. No entry to the judges box.Every entry within this league is based upon rider/horse combination, changes will be allowed at the judges discretion. (Riding school ponies are subject to change therefore if using riding school ponies, the competition will be based upon rider inclusion only)Collecting ring to have 2 stewards/grooms/helpers in at any time, maximum of 6 riders warming up. We are operating under current COVID-19 policies and procedures. Whilst under current government advice;Face coverings must be worn (when not riding)unless exemptSocial distancing must be adhered to. Bowes Manor staff will be monitoring the area, please be courteous and obey our simple, fair policies to keep everyone safe. One spectator, one competitor applies wherever possible. Anyone not following any COVID-19 policy or procedure will be asked to leave the premises.
